Harassing other players by using the kill-stealing method is strictly forbidden. In the context of Rappelz, kill stealing means attacking monsters that another player is already attacking.

Attacking a monster which belongs to a spot already occupied by another player is also considered kill stealing. A "spot" is defined as the respawn area of a monster.

To have priority on a spot, you need to be actively playing on this spot (killing, buffing, healing or waiting for the 10-second respawn time to elapse). Therefore, you lose priority on this spot as soon as you leave it or if you stop playing on it (waiting passively for the 1-hour respawn time of a boss is not considered active).

If you are reporting such abuse to customer support, make sure to include the following:

- A video clearly showing that you were actively playing on this spot until a player came and obstructed you. In case of a long video, please indicate the time of the misbehavior in your message.
