Take the item out of your shop box and place it in the inventory of the character you want to transfer to another server.

This is important we cannot transfer characters that do not have the item in their inventory.

Remember that items in the Warehouse are not transferred. Stuff your inventory with everything you need! We won't be able to move single items once the transfer is done.

If you’re done with that, send a ticket here including the following information:

-       The name of the character you wish to transfer.

-       The server you want to transfer the character to.

The transfer will be executed during the weekly maintenance. Requests have to be sent on the Friday before maintenance at the latest otherwise it will be actioned the following week instead.

Your transfer may be postponed to the following maintenance depending on the number of requests.
