Not received verification mail, forgot/lost access to old email

This applies only to accounts that have not yet being merged/converted.

1. I did not receive a verification email but I know and I have access to the registered email.

Verification emails are sent out instantly. If you haven't received one yet, then please check the following:

Ensure that you have provided the correctly spelled email address during the account creation; we can change the email address for you if needed.

Please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there by accident. Many spam filters will put legitimate emails in the spam folder.

Be sure to add @webzen.com to your address book in your email settings.  http://onlinegroups.net/blog/2014/02/25/how-to-whitelist-an-email-address/

If it still isn't working, check to see if there's a typo in your email.

Unconfirmed reports of players have suggested that changing the webpage’s language to English, before requesting a verification link, have resolved the issue.

Please wait for a few hours. Most verification emails will take a few minutes to reach you but sometimes they can get stuck somewhere along the way and take longer.

2. I forgot my registered email account OR I lost access to my registered email account.

If none of the steps above have resolved the issue, a change of the email address to a different provider will be recommended. We can change the email on the old account for you but only if you can provide us the answers to our security questions, that will verify you as the account creator. To do that you will have to contact us via the ticket system with an alternative account (a new account if you have no other). Please use this FAQ to create the ticket.

Submit a Ticket If the issue is still not resolved, please submit a ticket.
