I have an issue with my payment. What should I do?

If you encounter any issue with our payment system such as incomplete transaction or failure to receive Wcoin, please contact our Billing Support by submitting a ticket.

In a ticket, please state necessary information as below.

- A screenshot of your payment (either successful result or error message):

- Username:

- Transaction ID:

- Date and time of the transaction:

- Charge amount:

- The email address linked to the payment method account:

Submit a Ticket If the issue is still not resolved, please submit a ticket.
