In order to resolve this issue, please clean your temporary internet files and cookies, as well as the browsing history.
On Internet Explorer:
- Click on “Internet Option” from the “control panel” or from “tools” menu in
- On the “General” tab, click on “delete temporary internet files”, “delete cookies” and “delete history”
- Close the browser
- Try again
- Click on “Options” and select the “Privacy” panel
- Set “Firefox Will:” to “Use custom settings for history”
- Click on “Show cookies”
- Click on “Remove all cookies”
- Close the browser and try again
If, despite of this operation you encounter the same issue, we suggest you to use another browser or a different computer.
