Please follow the steps mentioned below in regards to exchanging the ticket for exclusive prizes and items.
1. Check the exchangeable items at the reward list provided.
2. Please submit a CS ticket with the specific information regarding which prize that you desire.
For example,
CS Ticket Title : Request for Rare Ticket 12+2
Name : Grow lancer *please write the character name of the character that possess the rare ticket in his or her inventory.
Server : Helheim
Item Request : Apocalypse White Wizard Armor Set.
How acquired : Roulette Event Season 19-1
3. Once submitted, we shall proceed the ticket and exchange the item in consecutive order.
*Please note that when the items are exchange, temporal disconnection may occur. In order to prevent any inconvenience as such, most exchange actions will take place during regular maintenance.
The exchange process may require up to 3~4 weeks since the ticket submit date. We apologize for the delay that may be caused.
