When reporting a rule violation by another player, please make sure to provide as much detail as possible to ensure that we have all the information we may need in order to swiftly and correctly handle your inquiry.

We ask that you include screenshots or video material wherever available.

Penalties are determined by WEBZEN Customer Support on a case-by-case basis, and reciprocating inappropriate behaviour and rule violations is subject to the same penalties. WEBZEN strives to make its services as enjoyable as possible for all its customers, but it may not always be possible to resolve a situation to everyone’s satisfaction, as the subjective perception of a given case may vary from person to person.

Please note that any ruling from WEBZEN is considered final, and that in accordance with the Data Protection Act, you will not receive any notification regarding any actions taken against other players by WEBZEN employees.
