If you have forgotten your registered account and/or lost access to your registered email account, a change of the email address to another address is recommended. We can change the email address of the old account for you, but we would have to ask you some security questions for verification purposes. Please contact us via the ticket system. (You would be required to create a new account if you cannot access the account that you would like your email to be changed.)
In the ticket, please provide us with the following information:
1. Account name (User ID)
2. Currently registered email
3. Registered country on the account
4. Last payments done on this account
5. New email to be bound to the account
6. Last 3 items bought from the Cash shop
7. Previous email registered on this account
8. Approximate registration date of the account
9. IP address (search for "What is my ip" on google)
10. Characters on the account (name/class/level/server)
11. Screenshot of purchase receipt made on the account
12. Friend list of your main character(mention at least 3 friends)
13. Date that you last requested for an email change(mm/dd/yyy)
14. Screenshot of welcome email from Webzen when you created the account
Providing the information above will help us to verify you as the rightful owner of the account, and we will be able to proceed with changing the email address of your old account.
