If you have forgotten your registered account and/or lost access to your registered email account, a change of the email address to another address is recommended. We can change the email address of the old account for you, but we would have to ask you some security questions for verification purposes. Please contact us via the ticket system. (You would be required to create a new account if you cannot access the account that you would like your email to be changed.)
In the ticket, please provide us with the following information:

• Date of your previous email change request (DD/MM/YY, leave blank if there were no previous changes):
• New email address to be registered on the account:
• Screenshot of your IP address (search “What is my IP” on Google, take a screenshot, and send it to us):
• Registered country on the account:
• WEBZEN game you mainly play:
• Main character name:
• Main character class:
• Main character current level:
• Main character server:
• Screenshot of the main character showing the character information in-game:
• Screenshots of the most recent purchase receipts or EPIN codes used to top up the account, including the purchase date - required if purchases were made on the account:
• Screenshots of the emails sent by Webzen to your prevous email address(i.e., welcome email, email verification request, ticket related, purchase related):
Providing the information above will help us to verify you as the rightful owner of the account, and we will be able to proceed with changing the email address of your old account.
