Can I change the account password?
In order to modify the account password, please sign in with the account on the Webzen.com portal. Click on “Create Nickname”/ account Nickname in the upper right corner of the Webzen site. Choose “My Account” (a verification email will be sent) where the password change function will be visible on the right hand side. We also advise you to update the “My Profile” section with your real life information for any future verification purposes.
In order to keep the account secure we strongly recommend that you frequently change the account password.
