The account profile should contain real live information to enable a future account verification as well as certain payment types.

Please follow the next steps to update your name, address and other date on the profile

1. Go to http://www.webzen.com/main

2. Click on "Log in" then enter account details

3. Go to “My Account”. This will trigger a verification mail that will be send to the currently registered email account. It will contain a link that will bring you back to our portal and enable the follow menu.

4. You will find in this menu the fields for name, address and others.

5. Once you have updated all the fields to your liking you can confirm the changes by pressing “Save”.
