In almost all cases, account sharing leads to a report of a compromised account, in which case the affected account will not receive any item restoration from the Customer Support.

Almost all minor account thefts, which are not related to widespread phishing or fraud, are done by friends, partners or ex-partners, house mates, relatives, etc.

We would like to stress that there is no need to share the account, as Webzen accounts are absolutely free.

According to the Terms of Service, should the Webzen Customer Support identify an account as shared, respective actions will be taken against the account, which may lead to a permanent suspension.
