What is a Security Card?
- A Security Card is a secondary level of protection for an account.
- When logging in to a Webzen account that is protected by a Security Card, the user must enter the numbers on the card in order to proceed.
- In order to better protect your account, a Security Card is highly recommended.
- Security Cards are only used for Webzen games.
Using a Security Card

- 1. After logging into the main Webzen Games page, click the [START GAME] button.
- 2. A pop-up will appear and request security codes. Match the numbers in the pop-up with the numbers on your Security Card. Refer to the sample image below.

Reapplying for a Security Card
- 1. If you want to reapply for a Security Card, click the [Reapply for a Security Card] button.
- 2. Your Security Card will be sent to the email address specified in the application.

Deactivating a Security Card
- 1. To deactivate your Security Card, review and verify the requested information.
- 2. Your Security Card will be deactivated immediately after verification.
- If you want to reactivate a Security Card after deactivation, you must reapply.

Application Steps
1. Click on [My Account].
2. Click on the [Security Card] menu.
3. Click the [Apply] tab.
3. Click the [Apply] tab.
4. Your Webzen email address must be verified to continue. If it is not, click on the [Send Verification Email] button.
5. Check the verification code sent to your email inbox.
6. Type the verification code in the correct field.
7. Click the [Verify] button.

8. Enter a different email address for your Security Card in the field and click the [Send Verification Email] button.
9. Check your second email account for the verification email and note the verification code.
10. Type the verification code in the correct field.
11. Click the [Verify] button.

12. Tick the [I agree] box if you consent to the displayed guidelines.

14. If you see the message displayed here, check your inbox for the email containing your Security Card.
