These issues could have different origin on your computer or within the install folder. In order to solve most of these issues, please follow these steps:

 - Perform a clean uninstall of the game client and all its associated contents. Please use CCleaner software to remove all traces of the game client that could still be on your PC. You can download Cleaner here:http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

- Perform a disk defragmentation and a disk clean-up on your main hard drive. Please make sure you have at least 25 percent free space on your main drive to ensure good performance. Please follow this link for instructions on how to perform a disk defragmentation:http://bit.ly/1958eMt

- Proceed to remove any program running in the background that could cause conflict with the game client. Proceed to remove any installed internet explorer toolbar.

- Launch your windows updates, Internet Explorer, Java (http://bit.ly/16mrhM) and Flash Player (http://adobe.ly/mwfN1). Also remove the temp files, internet cache, cookies and history of internet explorer.

- Update your GPU drivers at http://bit.ly/19LK328 if your GPU is manufactured by ATI /AMD) or http://bit.ly/YZsm(if your GPU is manufactured by NVidia)

- Perform a full scan of your system and remove any virus, Trojan, worm or other malware from your machine with your antivirus software.

- Download the client from our download page

- Install the game in admin mode (right click -> execute in admin mode) and make sure to leave the default installation folder selected when prompted by the install wizard.

- Unplug your router power cord for 5 minutes and replug it in order to renew your IP address.

- If you are running windows 8, please setup the game program in lower compatibility mode (please follow this link for instructions on this http://bit.ly/10s8SA7)

- Launch the game in admin mode (right click -> execute in admin mode)

- If you are having difficulties connecting to the servers after these steps, please deactivate your firewall or put the game in the exception list of your firewall. If it still does not connect, uninstall your firewall completely and try again. Some firewalls are aggressive and will block outbound connections regardless of exception lists and activation status.

Also we would like to advise you not to play with a wireless connection, as Wi-Fi is constantly experiencing micro disconnections. This may not be an issue for a regular Internet use, but becomes very problematic when it comes to online gaming.
