If you encounter graphic problems or if in-game elements aren’t displayed properly, please go through the below steps in order to solve your issue:

· Ensure your PC is fulfilling the minimum system requirements of the game you are playing

· Update your system (Graphics Card drivers, all Windows Updates …)

· If the game worked at one point but now not anymore, undo your last system changes

· If in doubt:

o Uninstall the game client

o Delete the installation folder

o Reboot the PC

o Download the client again from our homepage, do not use an old client

· End all background applications before running the game

· Check the forum if other players encounter similar issues, if so it might be bug related
