My account has been suspended! What can I do?

There are many possible reasons for account suspensions or terminations, some of which may lead to the penalty being irrevocable.

 

WEBZEN strives to always inform players about account suspensions/terminations using the account’s registered email address. So first please make sure to check your email inbox (don’t forget the spam folder).

 

Unfortunately, and depending on the nature of a specific action, you may not have received an individualised notification (e.g. automated mass-bans, temporary security suspensions etc.). If you have not received any notification, your next step should be to check if you can login with your account on the webzen.com portal.

 

If yes, please make sure to use the suspended account for any further communication, as this will ensure that your inquiry is processed as quickly as possible. Please use the category Rappelz -> Account issues when submitting a ticket regarding a suspended account.

 

If no, please refrain from using platforms such as the forums or social media to discuss these issues, and use (or create) an alternate account to contact us via the official support system, using the category Rappelz -> Account issues.
