I made a payment with credit card/BoaCompra, but the game cash has not been credited yet. What should I do?

Please note that it may take 30 minutes to 2 hours to to process credit card payments.

Likewise, it may take 10 minutes to 48 hours to process a payment made via BoaCompra.

When using PayPal as a payment gateway, please note that we are unable to process your payment if you use different email addresses for your Webzen and PayPal accounts.
