In case you cannot remember the Webzen Username and/or password, follow the steps provided below.

You will be asked to provide some of the account details in order to verify the account.

1. Click on “Sign In”, next go to “Recover account”
2. Choose between “Recover Username” or “Reset Password”

In case you would like to recover the Username:

1. Enter the email address registered on the Webzen account
2. Choose “Send Username via Email
3. Go to your email

In case you would like to reset the account Password:

1. Enter the Username and the email address registered on the Webzen account
2. Choose “Receive Temporary Password”
3. Go to your email

After you received temporary password, please change it for a new one by following the steps below:

1. Choose “My Account” then go to “My Profile”
2. The password change function will be visible on the right hand side.
