I didn't receive the verification email, what should I do?

Verification emails are sent out instantly. If you haven't received one yet, then please check the following:


1. Make sure there are no typos on your entered email address.
2. Please check your spam folder. Many spam filters put legitimate emails in the spam folder.
3. Add "info@webzen.com" to your whitelist. (How to whitelist an e-mail address)
Please wait for few hours. Most verification emails take only few minutes to reach you, but they may take longer for various reasons.

If none of the steps above have resolved the issue,
a change of the email address to another address is recommended. We can change the email address of the old account for you, but we would have to ask you some security questions for verification purposes. Please contact us via the ticket system. (You may create a new account if you cannot access the account that you would like your email to be changed.)

In the ticket, please provide us the following information:

1. A list of possible e-mails that might be connected to your account
2. Any information in profile such as Name, Date of Birth, Address, etc.
3. Detailed information of the games you have played such as game title, character information, game server, last login date/hour, last payment methods used, last items bought by Wcoin, and etc.

Providing information above will help us to verify you as a rightful owner of the account, and we will be able to proceed changing the email address of your old account.
