I forgot my registered account AND/OR I lost access to my registered email account.

If you have forgotten your registered account and/or lost access to your registered email account, a change of the email address to another address is recommended. We can change the email address of the old account for you, but we would have to ask you some security questions for verification purposes. Please contact us via the ticket system. (You would be required to create a new account if you cannot access the account that you would like your email to be changed.)

In the ticket, please provide us with the following information:

1. A list of possible e-mails that might be connected to your account.
2. Any information in Account Information (https://member.webzen.com/MyAccount/Profile) such as Date of Birth and Username.
3. Detailed information about the games you have played such as character name, character class, character level, game server.
4. More information about your account such as last payments done by the account(be specific as much as possible), IP address, last 3 items bought on the Cash shop, original email bound to the account, new email to be bound to the account and last email change inquiry made (dd/mm/yy).

Providing the information above will help us to verify you as the rightful owner of the account, and we will be able to proceed with changing the email address of your old account.
