Unless such an option is explicitly made available as part of a WEBZEN service, (e.g. an in-game item to change your character/pet name, or the option to change your forum nickname in your account settings) WEBZEN does not offer the possibility to change a name once selected.

If such an option exists, WEBZEN will not offer any alternative possibilities to change a name, even if that means a name change is only available in exchange for Wcoin. Please refrain from requesting a name change via the Customer Support as no exceptions will be made.

When using a name change option, please make sure to respect the general guidelines for selecting names that appear in a public space.
